Chatel Contracting Company is a licensed, bonded and insured full-service firm specializing in architecturally designed residential remodeling.

Since 1983, Chatel Construction Corporation has beautified, enhanced, and increased the value of homes from Manhattan to Montauk. Scott Chatel established CCC in 1983 following a 6-year apprentice with his father in the families Contracting Business.   After he completed a Marketing Degree in 1991, the firm embarked on an expansion into full services remodeling to better serve the family of clients that had been established.   Focusing primarily on Architectural Designed residential remodeling of Long Island homes, Brooklyn Brownstones and Manhattan apartments, after 38 years under his leadership, the firm remains a strong presence in the New York and Long Island.

Paul Chatel After spending every summer during his high school and college years, working in the field for CCC, Paul attained a Business Administrative Degree from Bloomsburg University in 2013 and Joined the firm full time in 2014 making him a third generation of Chatel Tradesman.  His dedication to being fully emersed in the workings of all the departments to garner a complete understanding of the processes carried out for all projects earned him the position of Vice President Field Operations.  His continued commitment and dedication have proven invaluable to the company and the success of the projects we produce.
